Halberd: The Breaking of the Line
The halberd was the weapon that turned deadlocks into victories. Where shield walls held firm and cavalry threatened to break formations, the halberd answered with force and versatility. Its axe blade split shields, its spear tip thrust back infantry and horsemen, and its hook dragged riders or enemy spears to the ground.

Sword Masters Challenge’s Halberd is a 190 cm latex poleaxe with a reinforced head featuring a 35 cm axe blade, a forward spear point, and a claw-like spike. Hand-painted to look like steel bolted to a weathered wooden shaft, it is both authentic in design and safe for LARP. Built with closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and sealed with latex, it offers strength and longevity for countless campaigns.

From Swiss victories at Morgarten to Richard III’s fall at Bosworth, the halberd carved its legend in blood and steel.
