Sword Masters Challenge’s Ready for Battle Mace is a 60 cm LARP weapon designed for accessibility and realism. Its 20 cm flanged head, sculpted and hand-painted to appear forged from iron, sits atop a 55 cm grip. The beveled edges and negative space between the flanges replicate the look of real historical maces, where flanges concentrated force and sometimes penetrated weaker armor.

Constructed from closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core, and finished with a strong latex coating, the Ready for Battle Mace is both durable and safe for LARP combat. Its straightforward design makes it suitable for portraying foot soldiers, mercenaries, or knights looking for an alternative to the sword.
